GI Capital Management (“GICAM”) completed the financial arrangement of Suginosawa PV Project in August 2020, where GICAM is entrusted with the asset management. GICAM will provide services in asset management during the construction period and over the operational terms.
In Suginosawa PV Project, GICAM is planning to build 13MW (1MW=1,000kW) photovoltaic facility on approximately 19ha sites in Ena city, Gifu. The construction started in April 2020 is scheduled to be completed in 2021.
GICAM has been scaling up the solar power generation business from the points of finance business and asset management to contribute to the expansion of renewable energy recognized as a global warming solution. GICAM also continues to work on solar power generation business from corporate social responsibility and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) perspectives as well as plans to actively deliver real asset investment advisory services, including areas of renewable energy and real estate.
